From San Francisco to Division of Research (meeting site)
Driving
Take the Bay Bridge
Just after coming off the bridge, exit Highway 880 South to San Jose (right set of lanes coming off Bridge)
Exit Highway 880 onto Grand/Maritime Exit
Proceed on Grand Avenue – stay straight on Grand for approximately 2-3 miles
Turn right onto Broadway – go about a quarter of a mile and turn left at 20^th Street.
Parking is on a surface lot behind our building. Turn left on Franklin, lot is about ½ way down the block on the left.

BART (subway/train)
Enter BART station downtown (at Powell, Montgomery St, Embarcadero Stations)
You will need to purchase a ticket – round trip costs $5.10 ($2.55 one-way)
Take a train marked ‘Pittsburgh/Bay Point’
Exit at 19^th Street Station in Oakland. Go to 20^th Street and Broadway.
The trip takes about 20-25 minutes

From Division of Research to downtown San Francisco after the meeting
Driving
Go east on Broadway
Turn left on Grand Avenue
Take Grand Avenue to Bay Bridge (follow signs on Grand to San Francisco)

BART (subway/train) to downtown SF
Enter at 19^th Street Station in downtown Oakland (can enter at building entrance)
Need $5.25 on ticket
Take the a train marked ‘San Francisco International Airport’
Exit at a downtown Station (Embarcadero, Montgomery St, Powell St.)
Trains run every 8-10 minutes and take approximately 20-25 minutes.

From the Division of Research to SFO Airport after the meeting
Driving
Go east on Broadway
Turn left on Grand Avenue
Take Grand Avenue to Bay Bridge (follow signs on Grand to San Francisco)
Once you are off the Bay Bridge in SF the highway turns into Hwy 101.
Take Hwy 101 South to Airport Exit

BART (subway/train) to SFO Airport
Enter at 20^th Street Station in downtown Oakland
Need $5.25 on ticket
Take the a train marked ‘San Francisco International Airport’
Exit at Airport Station
Trains run every 8-10 minutes and take approximately 45-60 minutes.

Division of Research Entrance is on 20^th Street – look for WFN sign.
