Dear Colleague:

The annual Regional North American meeting of the Neuroepidemiology Research Group of the World Federation of Neurology will be held all day on Friday 30 April 2004 in Oakland, California, USA. The American Academy of Neurology will be meeting across the Bay Bridge in San Francisco at the same time. Please consider submitting an abstract or simply attending the meeting. As in the past, all accepted abstracts will be published in the journal, Neuroepidemiology.

Enclosed with this letter are a meeting Registration Form and an Abstract Form, which are also available at the WFN web site (www.wfneurology.org/). The registration fee is $20 USD, if the form and fee are received by 2004 March 31. Registration will also be available onsite at the meeting, but the fee will be $30 USD. While registration will also be available onsite at the meeting, in order to have enough refreshments and materials, we ask you register in advance. Abstracts must be received by 20 February 2004. These may be submitted electronically (see abstract information). Additional information about the meeting will be sent to those who submit abstracts and/or register, and will also be available at the WFN web site.

Finally, we continue to work on the mailing list for the Neuroepidemiology Research Group. Please let me know if the address used for this letter is incorrect by completing and returning to me the enclosed Address Form. Also feel free to suggest additional names and addresses for the mailing list.
