Failure to Utilize Diabetes Health Services Following a Referral
This study will utilize the new electronic referral system to evaluate social disparities in the patterns and predictors of failure of patients to utilize preventive health services which have been referred by their providers.

Long-Term Morbidity and Mortality for Liver Transplant Recipients: Understanding the Causes of Death and Identifying Modifiable Risk Factors to Improve Survival (formerly "Outcomes of Liver Transplantation")
The goal is to determine the long-term outcomes of liver transplant patients, their causes of death, and potential morbidities (renal failure, diabetes, etc.).
