Autoimmune Diseases

Diagnosis can be difficult if the first symptoms are fatigue, muscle ache and low fever. This is often the case with autoimmune diseases, which are caused by inappropriate immune responses. We are investigating the causes and treatments of these diseases, which tend to run in families and disproportionately affect African-American, Hispanic-American, and Native-American women.

Safety Assessment of Anti-TNF Agents Used in Autoimmune Disease
