Our Services - Site Assessment Survey

The Site Assessment Survey (SAS) is a budget planning tool designed by the CCRU to assist Kaiser Permanente Northern California (KPNC) investigators with pre--award budget preparation.  The goal of the SAS is to ensure full capture of the study costs in the budget.  The SAS will provide important input to Kaiser Foundation Research Institute for the budget development and negotiation process as described by the KPNC SOP-- 800 KPNC Clinical Trial Budget Development Process.  If you are a KPNC investigator, to initiate the budget process please e--mail Deanne Wiley to request the SAS, and follow the attached instructions to complete it.
