Ousseny Zerbo, PhD
Research Post Doctoral Fellow

Ousseny Zerbo, PhD, is a Research Post Doctoral Fellow with the Autism Research Program. His background is in epidemiology, with a BS in biological sciences and teaching credentials from the University of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, West Africa. He earned his PhD in Epidemiology at the University of California - Davis. His dissertation work focused on maternal influenza infection during pregnancy as a risk factor for autism. He has had a peer-reviewed publication: Zerbo O, Iosif AM, Delwiche L, Walker C, Hertz-Picciotto I. 'Month of conception and risk of autism'. Epidemiology 2011;22(4):469-75. Ousseny is fluent in French.
