Welcome
This website is designed to help you learn more about the Kaiser Permanente Autoimmune Disease Registry, our research team, and our current projects.
The Registry was founded in 2009 with funding by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
With tens of thousands of patients, the Registry represents one of the most comprehensive autoimmune disease databases in the world. This database enables our research team (led by principal investigator Lisa Herrinton, PhD) to conduct extensive studies on the risk factors related to a wide range of autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease, juvenile arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and psoriatic arthritis.
